Admissions

 

All residents are pre-screened by a nursing assessment identification screen prior to admission due to federal regulation.  We provide Skilled, Intermediate, and Assisted Living levels of care.  There are federal and state guidelines we must follow to determine which service you are eligible for.  We do participate with Medicare and Medicaid programs.  If you are applying for Medicaid or a presently on Medicaid services, please let the social service department know; as screening needs to be performed by the Nebraska Department of Aging for the proper level of care placement and for authorization of payment for services rendered.
