Skilled Care
We are Medicare-approved, providing 24-hour nursing care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services by licensed professionals. Our facility team works together to return each resident to their highest level of independent functioning. Our goal is your goal. We work to get you rehabilitated to return home if that is your plan. Our professionals will evaluate your home and make recommendations for environmental adpatations if necessary. We also work closely with your physicians to coordinate your care and aftercare.
Intermediate Care
Nursing level of care focusing on maintaining or enhancing each resident's quality of life through dignity and respect in full recognition of each individual's needs. All our services are part of a generalized effort directed toward the health and welfare of the residents with the overall goal of quality of care with a warm and friendly environment, giving special attention to each and every person
Assisted Living
We have a 9-bed assisted living unit attached to our nursing facility offering a home-like atmosphere, requiring minimal assistance. Each suite is 339 sq ft, which can accommodate many personal items from home. For more information, visit our Assisted Living page.
Our Professional Team
We are staffed with professional nurses 24 hours a day. Also in our nursing department we employ Certified Medication Aides (115 hours state training), Certified Nurses Aides (75 hours state training), and a Restorative Aide to maintain range of motion. Our Medical Director is Dr. David Enze. We also have many consultants from outside agencies we contract with to provide all the needed services to our residents.
Other departments include: licensed Administrator, Social Services, Office Manager, Medical Records, Activity Director and Assistant, Dietary Manager, Cooks and Tray Line Assistants, Housekeeping, Laundry Services, Maintenance, Transportation Aide.
All our staff are pre-screened for adult and childe abuse, felony and misdemeanors, criminal background checks and drug screening.
We provide monthly in-services to keep our staff current with licensure and regulation.
